November 2025 Newsletter

The November 2025 Newsletter is here!

Next Meeting: Tuesday, November 11, 2025

No Weavers Circle this month. However Gina will have the room open at 5:30 for anyone bringing in items for the member showcase.

7:00 pm  Member Showcase: The November meeting is an opportunity to showcase the talents of all our members. This is a way to connect and expand friendships and appreciation of each other. Members are asked to bring samples of any craft or art they create. It could be fiber arts, it could be jewelry, Paintings, gift cards…anything you personally make. You can display your work for others to see and or you may sell items that you have made. You must be a member to sell items. This is an inhouse sale. If you choose to bring a guest, you are welcome to do so. The guild is not involved with the money end in any way. There will also be a business meeting and show and tell.

Weavers Circle at 5:30 pm: No Weavers Circle this month.

7:00 pm  Business meeting and show and tell.

Program: Make and Take Bags. This should be a fun make and take so it’s well worth the trip out to Mill Hollow. It will be  pretty fall colors on the ride out too. 

Please bring: Scissors, any cotton item you might like to put an iron-on transfer (t-shirt, hats, bags)

Updated Membership Directory & A Question

In an effort to keep our directory up to date, we will be trying to upload corrections to our membership directory on a quarterly basis (available online here: 2024-2025 LOCO MEMBERSHIP BOOK 4-14-2025firstqtrupdate and through the “Members” tab at the top of the page.)

 

THE QUESTION: If you have utilized the online calculator when planning your next weaving project, please let us know (through the “Contact Us” tab) if you have had any difficulties using it. We suspect that there may be a problem with the calculator so we would like your feedback before we go in and make corrections. THANKS
